— A Columbia man has been accused of molesting a teenage family member on Clemson University campus in 2005.

Hammond Mcqueen Love, 46, is charged with committing a lewd act upon a minor, according to an arrest warrant released by the State Law Enforcement Division. The warrant accuses Love of groping the family member, 13 at the time, on Nov. 4, 2005 at the Madren Center, the university’s hotel and conference center. Love was 39 at the time of the incident, the warrant states.

SLED agents arrested Love Friday, and the man was booked at the Clemson University Police Department.

If convicted of the felony, Love faces a fine and up to 15 years in prison.
