Columbia City Council: 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Hyatt Park, 950 Jackson Ave. Council holds a work session to discuss a proposed housing development at 3700 Main St. that has yet to be explained to concerned residents of North Columbia. The discussion will be preceded by a closed-door council session that begins at 5 p.m. at the same location.
