Deputies looking for peeping Toms

— Richland County deputies are looking for anyone who might know about two peeping Toms caught peering into homes on opposite ends of the county this month.

In the first incident Jan. 6, occurred at a home in the first block of Dutch Oaks Drive. In that incident, a woman noticed a shadow in the window while she was in the bathroom. When she pulled back the blinds, she saw a large man running away.

The second incident occurred Jan. 21 at a home in the first block of Brighton Hill Road. In that incident, the man was caught on surveillance video after someone inside the home heard strange noises inside the home.
