Columbia, SC — When Hillary Clinton was questioned regarding the loss of lives in Benghazi, she was “outraged” that questions focused on what caused the debacle and wanted to focus on what is happening now and in the future.
When she and Barack Obama were competing in the Democratic primaries five years ago, she focused on Obama’s lack of experience in such matters. An ad asked voters who they wanted to answer the phone at 3 in the morning when disaster strikes, implying that she was prepared to respond to such national emergencies.
Well, we have seen how she and Barack Obama responded to the emergency phone call from Benghazi; they failed miserably. They did not save American lives. After the invasion of the embassy and assassination of our fellow Americans, they denied knowledge of the threat, were not prepared to prevent or respond to it, refused to render aid, and finally, she took responsibility without actually doing anything to hold herself or anyone responsible.
Pay attention, America. She and Barack Obama received the 3 a.m. phone call, and neither was, or is, prepared to take necessary steps to prevent the next disaster or respond appropriately when it happens.
