Columbia-area tax firm Lowrance Cooper and Co. has merged into Scott and Co., a growing South Carolina CPA and consulting firm. Sandy Cooper, principal of Lowrance Cooper, has been named a member of Scott and Co., and all employees will be retained. Lowrance Cooper’s Devine Street office will be consolidated into Scott and Co.’s offices at 1441 Main St. Cooper, a certified public accountant, has more than 20 years of experience dealing with corporate and partnership taxation issues and owned her own firm prior to joining Lowrance Cooper in 2005.
