Tuesday's high-school basketball games straightened out what had been a very confusing playoff picture for most of the area schools.
North Myrtle Beach's boys and girls teams clinched Region VII-AAA championships. The Myrtle Beach and Socastee girls locked in their postseason positioning; and Conway's boys team knows it will have a home game next week in the first round of the Class AAAA playoffs.
More will be determined tonight, as the Class AA teams wrap up their regular-season. The rest will be determined on Thursday (Class AAA) and Friday (Class AAAA).
