Institute of Residential Marketing Fellow Hal Von Nessen has been named the 2012 Sales and Marketing Educator of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders. Von Nessen has worked in new home sales and marketing for more than 30 years. He founded RESH Marketing Consultants, a full-service advertising and marketing firm that serves builders, developers and the tourism industry, in 1979. In addition, Von Nessen holds the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, Certified New Home Marketing Professional and Master in Residential Marketing designations.
