Published: February 12, 2013

— A carved skull of an Indonesian water buffalo was stolen Tuesday from a Shandon home decor store, police said.

The artwork, valued at $2,800, was taken about 2 p.m. by a man and woman from Bohemian Home in the 2700 block of Devine Street, police said. Store employees said the pair entered the store, grabbed the art and left.

Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
