Isvara Wilson has been named senior vice president and general counsel for AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, where she will manage AgFirst’s legal department and serve as a member of the bank’s executive committee. She previously served as managing director and associate general counsel for Bank of America and has nearly 20 years of experience managing complex financial transactions, regulatory compliance and corporate governance for a variety of financial organizations.
