Ted C. Bottomley has joined Hybrid Engineering Inc. as a design engineer in the Columbia office. In 2004, Bottomley received a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of South Carolina. He completed the requirements to become a licensed Engineer-in-Training in South Carolina and has over eight years of experience in the civil engineering field.
