Michelle Moshinskie and Joshua Hanley have joined A3 Communications, an information and technology and communications services provider, and will work from the company’s Columbia office. Moshinskie serves as the company’s director of marketing and communications and heads all marketing and outreach activities. She has 10 years of marketing experience. Hanley serves as a systems engineer and configures and troubleshoots computer networks and systems. He has more than five years of information technology support and administrative experience.
