Pelion man charged with 3rd indecent exposure

Published: February 21, 2013

— A Pelion man arrested in December on an indecent exposure has again landed in jail after being accused of showing his genitals to customers at a department store, according to the Lexington County Detention Center.

Nathaniel Adam Orr, 26, was out on bond on an indecent exposure charge when he was accused of showing his genitals to two girls shopping in the girls clothing section of the Walmart shopping center Feb. 15 on South Lake Drive outside Lexington, Lexington County Sheriff James Metts said.

The girls, 12 and 14, were shopping for clothes when a man approached him and exposed himself. The two girls walked away after the incident and told the 12-year-old’s mother about the incident. The mother told a store supervisor who then called Lexington County deputies, Metts said.

Orr, who was previously convicted of indecent exposure in April 2009, is being held at Lexington County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.
