RICHLAND COUNTY, SC — Richland County deputies are investigating the shooting of an unidentified man late Sunday in what authorities say seems to be an incident of road rage.
The shooting was discovered after the man crashed a car at Monticello Road and Dartmouth Avenue shortly before 10 p.m., deputies said.
The victim, taken for treatment at Palmetto Health Richland, said he was fleeing another man who shot at him, deputies said.
