LUGOFF, SC — If you purchased a South Carolina Education Lottery ticket in Lugoff recently, check your numbers.
Someone purchased a ticket at The Woldwood Market worth $500,000, according to lottery officials.
The ticket’s numbers matched those drawn in Sunday evening’s drawing: 7, 24, 25, 31, and 38. That alone was worth $100,000, but the purchaser also paid an extra $1 for the “Power Up” option, and since the Power-Up multiplier drawn was five, they quintupled their winnings.
The winner has 180 days from Sunday to claim their prize.
