THE STATE

There’s a slim chance of a few snow flurries Saturday night in the Midlands, according to the National Weather Service.

The moisture associated with a low moving system through the state Saturday appears limited. A light rain is possible late Saturday morning and into the afternoon. As the temperatures drop Saturday night and the system moves out, the National Weather Service said it can’t rule out a few flurries. Accumulation on roads isn’t expected.
