COLUMBIA, SC — Police are looking for the burglar who brandished a large kitchen knife to an 11-year-old Wednesday.

The burglar entered the South Bull Street home’s back door and approached the child, who was sitting on the couch, according to Columbia Police Department release.

The child, frightened by the burglar, ran to another part of the home, and a parent called police.
