ROCK HILL, SC — Snow fell in Charlotte and parts of York County this morning, creating some nice scenery but no real threat to drivers.
As the temperatures warmed up into the 40s, the chance of accumulation evaporated.
The snow reduced visibility in some areas around Rock Hill to a half mile or less. A quick coating accumulated on elevated and grassy surfaces but quickly began to melt away.
