BOOK SIGNING: Matt and Ted Lee prepare recipes from their newest book “Charleston Kitchen” at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Charleston Cooks in the Cross Hill Market. They will sign copies of the book following the cooking class. From 2-3 p.m., the two will be signing copies at Barnes & Noble at Richland Mall.
