RICHLAND COUNTY, SC — Motorcyclist killed in crash identified
The motorcyclist killed over the weekend near Harbison has been identified as a West Columbia man.
Brian Rose, 40, died Saturday when his motorcycle ran off the road on Crossbow Drive around 7:30 p.m., Richland County coroner Gary Watts said in a news release Monday.
Rose was not wearing a helmet and died at the scene from head trauma, Watts said.
The Columbia Police Department is investigating.
