LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC — A pair of classrooms for theater and music students was added Tuesday to a fine arts wing slated to be built at Pelion Middle.
The classrooms – approved by the school board – bring the total cost of the package to $4.8 million, paid with bond debt approved by voters in 2008 for school improvements.
Plans call for the addition to be ready for students by Jan. 1.
