Rally held Wednesday to celebrate the new class 3A state champions.
Lower Richland held a pep rally to recognize their 3A State Champion girls basketball team. The trophy was presented, medals given out and the net cut down during the ceremony. This is head coach Debbie Stroman's seventh championship.
