David J. Smith has been appointed regional sales director for South Carolina with Great-West Retirement Services. Smith will work with brokers, financial advisors, consultants, wire houses and third-party administrators to offer GWRS 401K plans and services to businesses throughout South Carolina. Previously, Smith was regional vice president of John Hancock Retirement Plan Services. He brings more than 18 years of sales and service experience to the newly established sales territory.
