Breana Lipscomb has joined the March of Dimes as the South Carolina chapter’s director of program services and government affairs. Prior to joining the March of Dimes, Lipscomb served as program coordinator for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. She currently is a fellow in the Maternal Child Health Public Health Leadership Institute. She also is a board member of the South Carolina Perinatal Association and of the Columbia Urban League Young Professionals.
