More governments allowing curbside recycling of phone books

Recycling phone books is now easier in Richland and Lexington counties and the city of Columbia.

Take them to any county drop-off facility and put them in the recycling bin for newspaper. Residents of the city of Columbia, Forest Acres and Lexington County also can recycle the books curbside in the recycle containers; Richland County will accept phone books in the recycle roll carts curbside.
