Prep Talk | Three area baseball teams remain in state rankings

The South Carolina Baseball Coaches Association statewide poll is showing the Grand Strand plenty of love.

Conway moved up to No. 2 in the most recent Class AAAA rankings, released Friday afternoon, while St. James came in at No. 6 in Class AAA and Andrews moved to No. 7 in Class AA.

The Class A rankings were not published.

Conway will play at Myrtle Beach on Thursday, and St. James will have a pair of Region VII-AAA games - at home against Myrtle Beach Tuesday and at home against Socastee Thursday.
