Second 'Myrtle Manor' cast member faces DUI charge

— For the second time in three days, police arrested a cast member of “Welcome to Myrtle Manor” on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Lindsay Brooke Colbert, 21, was charged Sunday morning with first-offense DUI, liquor law violation, speeding more than 15 over the limit and seat belt violation.

Colbert is a cast member on “Welcome to Myrtle Manor,” a reality show that was filmed last summer at Patrick’s Mobile Home Park on Highway 15 in Myrtle Beach. It premiered March 3 on TLC.

According to a Myrtle Beach police report, an officer pulled Colbert over shortly after 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the area of U.S. 501 near Waccamaw Boulevard after the officer reports Colbert was driving at 62 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone.

When questioning Colbert in her car, the officer reported smelling alcohol and seeing an open bottle of rum partially under the driver’s seat.

The officer then administered sobriety tests to Colbert, who at one point said “are you just giving me [a hard time] cause I am on the show?” according to the incident report.

Colbert was arrested and, according to the report, yelled that police was picking on “them” and attempted to insult the officer by making racial slurs and other comments during the ride to Myrtle Beach jail.

A breathalyzer administered at the jail showed Colbert had a blood alcohol content of 0.15. The legal limit is 0.08 in South Carolina.

Police arrested “Myrtle Manor” cast member Amanda Lee Adams, 26, on DUI charges early Friday morning after responding to a report of a Jeep hitting a utility pole in the area of U.S. 501 and Broadway Street.
