Hardee leads Heathwood to SCISA lacrosse title

Heathwood Hall beat rival Hammond to win the SCISA lacrosse championship on Saturday.

Early in an overtime period, senior Westin Hardee scored the sudden-death goal to secure Heathwood Hall’s 9-8 victory.

Hammond was leading 8–7 with less than a minute remaining when Hardee scored to send the game into overtime.

Heathwood Hall also beat Hammond twice during the regular season.
