Tuesday letters: Christians are very charitable

June 11, 2013

In her Sunday letter, “Christians are not so Christian,” Naomi Stewart lambasts Christians and suggests that the United States would be better off under Muslims.

For the life of me, I can’t name a single Muslim charity. But let me list a few faith-based ones: The Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, Samaritan’s Purse, Feed the Children, the YWCA.

Also, Christians don’t fly planes into buildings or behead people.
