Collins & Lacy founding partner Stan Lacy received the Boy Scouts of America’s 2013 Whitney M. Young Jr. Service Award. The award recognizes people for their outstanding service to scouting and the community. Lacy has contributed to the Boy Scouts of America for more than 30 years. He was Cubmaster of packs 2 and 408 and was instrumental in developing the “Uniform Closet” program that gathers and donates second-hand uniforms to scouts who can’t afford them.
