Video: Veteran Rep. Duckworth berates IRS contractor

Illinois Rep. Tammy Duckworth, an Iraq war veteran and double amputee, showed little sympathy for Virginia businessman Braulio Castillo when he testified on Capitol Hill Wednesday. Castillo won a contracting advantage with the IRS reserved for disabled veterans after claiming a sports injury from his days at a military prep school.
