Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) celebrates the second anniversary of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The Senate approved the nomination of the bureau's first director Tuesday, after a great deal of partisan debate. Richard Cordray has a lot of work ahead.
