RICHLAND LIBRARY FRIENDS HALF PRICE BOOK SALE: The Friends of the Richland Library wraps up its book sale with half-price books, DVDs and CDs Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at the Richland Operations Center, 130 Lancewood Road. (803) 799-9084
