Gov. Nikki Haley’s publicly announced schedule for the rest of this week, released Monday by her staff, is:

Tuesday, 9:30 a.m. -- Cabinet meeting, State House grounds, Columbia

Tuesday, 1 p.m. -- Meet with company officials and tour Streit USA Armoring, Ladson

Thursday -- Speak at Wal-Mart’s “Made in the USA” summit and participate in economic development meetings, Orlando, Fla.

Friday, 9:30 a.m. -- Visit Meadow Glenn Elementary School and recognize its work with the iCivics program, Lexington

Friday, 1 p.m. -- Visit and tour Alucoil company, Manning

According to her staff, Haley’s schedule last week included:

8 -- Calls or meetings concerning a state agency or agencies

4 each -- Calls to unidentified politicians, including three to a fellow governor or governors and one to a member of the state’s congressional delegation; also, meetings concerning state policy, including a meeting with S.C. Schools Board Association members to discuss education reform and an appearance before her Regulatory Review Task Force

3 -- Calls to unidentified constituents

2 each -- Economic development meetings; also, ceremonial duties, awarding the Order of the Palmetto to Steven Tanger of Tanget outlet centers and a ceremonial bill signing in Roebuck; also, media activities, both radio interviews

1 -- Meeting concerning the Legislature

Busiest day -- Wednesday, with 10 activities

Slowest day -- Friday, with one activity

Of note -- According to her schedule, Gov. Haley did not go to her office Friday
