Columbia Police Department announces traffic plan for Thursday

The Columbia Police Department has announced a traffic control plan for Thursday’s University of South Carolina football game against the University of North Carolina.

The game is 6 p.m. at Williams-Brice Stadium. Police will begin setting up at 12:30 p.m., and plan to control intersections at 2:15 p.m. The police department provided maps of pre-game and post-game traffic plans.

Parking at the S.C. State Fairgrounds will open at noon.
