The City of Columbia commemorated 50th anniversary of The March on Washington with a bell-ringing ceremony at city hall. The Rev. Charles B. Jackson, Jr. read the speech Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., delivered that day from the Lincoln Memorial.
The State is pleased to provide this opportunity to share
