COLUMBIA, SC — The City of Columbia commemorated 50th anniversary of The March on Washington with a bell-ringing ceremony at city hall. The Rev. Charles B. Jackson, Jr. read the speech Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., delivered that day from the Lincoln Memorial.
