Midlands People & Achievements: Frank B. Norris and Andrew D. White

Frank B. Norris and Andrew D. White will be inducted into the S.C. Housing Hall of Fame Nov. 9. Inclusion in the Hall of Fame recognizes them for their work in support of the state’s home building industry. Norris is the developer of the Builder Survival Manual and the Workers Compensation Certificate of Insurance Verification Program. He is a past president of the CPCU professional organization and has done pro bono work for the S.C. Commission for the Blind. White is the award-winning developer of the Saluda River Club in Lexington and serves as the legislative chair to the Home Builders Association of South Carolina. He and his wife, Debbie, have fostered nearly 40 neglected children.
