— A 55-year-old woman was arrested last week after drugs and a pistol were found in a Two Notch Road motel.

Priscilla Reese was charged with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, possession of marijuana, unlawful carrying of a pistol, resisting arrest and public disorderly conduct.

Reese was arreested by Columbia Police Department’s PACE officers on Sept. 11 at the Best Way Motel at 2323 Two Notch Road.

Officers were allowed to search the room, finding several white rocks in small baggies and a green leafy substance rolled in a cigar. The items tested positive for crack cocaine and marijuana. Officers also seized a pistol.

Reese was transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.

Interim Police Chief Ruben Santiago said residents should call Crimestoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC or 911 if they see criminal or suspicious activity.
