Quesne rallies to win in Italy

Julien Quesne bounced back from an early double bogey to card a 5-under 67 and win the Italian Open by a stroke.

Quesne earned his second career victory on the European Tour at 12-under-par 276.

David Higgins and Steve Webster shot matching 4-under 68s during their final rounds at Golf Club Torino to share second place at 11-under.

Fredrik Andersson Hed, who won this event in 2010, carded a 5-under 67 to move into a tie for fourth with Emiliano Grillo (68), Felipe Aguilar (71) and Nicolas Colsaerts (72) at 10-under.

Third-round leader Marcus Fraser held at least a share of the lead for the majority of the day, but bogeyed three of his last four holes to fall into a share of eighth place at 9-under 279.
