Kyrgyzstan Putin Syria Diplomacy

— In 2009 Vladimir Putin told Barack Obama that if he wanted to improve relations with Russia he would have to forego plans to build a missile shield in Poland and the Czech Republic that would protect Europe.

Obama said, OK, I can do that.

Putin 1, Obama 0.

In 2013 when Edward Snowden defected to Russia by way of Hong Kong, Obama asked that the whistleblower be returned to the United States.

Putin said, “No.”

Putin 2, Obama 0.

Again, in 2013 when Obama drew a red line on the use of chemical weapons in Syria and threatened a military strike, Putin stepped in and said you don’t need to do that; I will take care of it myself.

Putin 3, Obama 0.

Which of the two is the leader of the world?

Which of the two is the man and which is the wimp?

Which one acts and which one talks?
