Zoo offers free admission to federal employees

Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is the most popular gated tourist attraction in South Carolina.

— Riverbanks Zoo and Garden, doing its part to help out during the federal government shutdown, is offering free admission to all employees of the federal government Wednesday through Friday.

In order to receive free admission, federal employees will have to show their federal ID. Family members of federal employees will need to buy tickets at the regular admission rate.
