Columbia man charged with exposing himself at the Strom Thurmond Building

RICHLAND COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

— Charles Willis Lamb, 42, of Columbia was indicted by a federal grand jury in Columbia on Tuesday of one count of indecent exposure.

The charge stems from an incident March 4, 2013, at the Strom Thurmond Federal Building on Assembly Street.

No further details were available.

If convicted, Lamb could be sentenced to three years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
