— The Newberry County Sheriff's Office is seeking three suspects following a home invasion in Prosperity.

Deputies said the invasion took place on Fire Tower Road, near Clara Brown Road, when three suspects armed with a weapon entered the home, demanding money from the homeowner. The suspects' faces were covered with bandannas and they were wearing camouflage jackets, according to a news release.

Bloodhounds were able to track the suspects through the woods, but the trail went cold. Deputies believe the suspects must have fled the area.

Anyone having information should call the Sheriffs office at 321-2222 or Crimestoppers at 888-CRIME-SC.
