Friday letters: Obama has really done it now

Obama First President Bush

CAROLYN KASTER — AP

— Early on in grade school, we learned that it is fraudulent, and even illegal, to take credit for someone else’s work. The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is a shining example of this fraud: The provisions listed in the law were taken from previous bills such as the 1989 Republican proposal for an individual mandate, a 1993 Republican proposal for required universal coverage, a strongly supported, bipartisan 2007 state-level law and a 2007 Republican proposal for individual mandates and state-regulated insurance markets.

How dare the Obama administration take credit for the law. It’s Republicancare, not Obamacare. President Obama should be impeached.
