Cromers P-Nuts has acquired the assets of Jamestown Java, a coffee shop that is located inside Cromer’s at 1700 Huger St.

Its new name is The Cromer’s Café, and it will serve as a coffee shop, snack bar and gathering spot with free Wi-Fi, Agata Chydzinski, “Cromer’s General Nut Manager,” said in a release.

Brandon Wilks, master barista, has been hired to manage The Cromer’s Café and create new recipes combining Cromer’s products with caffeinated drinks, the release said. The café’s pecan latte, for example, comes with crushed praline pecans, Chydzinski said.
