COLUMBIA, SC — An Amber Alert issued for a mother and her 17-year-old daughter has been cancelled, after the two were found safe Monday, according to the S.C. State Law Enforcement Division.
The two, 36-year-old Deandrene W. McHoney and LeAndre Shalaunti Deare Jenkins, 17, were abducted from two addresses in St. Stephens earlier in the day.
No details were given in a SLED news release on where the two were found.
The suspect is Telly Darnell McClam, 36, and he was last seen driving a blue 2000 Hyundai Accent-AGL with the S.C. license tag DII 404, according to the Amber Alert. He left the incident on Grass Lane in St. Stephens toward S.C. 52.
