Richland County Sheriff’s Department seek man accused of church burglary

RICHLAND COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

— The Richland County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a man accused of stealing audio equipment and sterling silver items from a church.

Dnice Sulton, 19, allegedly stole the items valued at $20,500 from Grace Cathedral on Winnsboro Road in Blythewood between 10:30 p.m. Saturday Oct. 19 and Sunday Oct. 20, according to a news release.

Sulton broke a window at the rear of the church to get into the building, according to the release. DNA was collected at the scene and later identified Sulton as the burglar, the release said.

Sheriff Leon Lott is asking for help locating Sulton with a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of Sulton.
