— Former University of South Carolina Gamecocks football players and USC athletics hall-of-fame inductees will headline a barbecue fundraiser for U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-Seneca, this month, according to a flyer Graham’s campaign tweeted Monday.

The Nov. 15 fundraiser at the Carolina Field House will feature 1980 Heisman Trophy winner George Rogers, USC tailback from 1977-80.

Fifteen other former USC Gamecocks football players are headlining the event, including USC trustee Chuck Allen, 1977-80; state Sen. Mike Fair, 1965-67, and hall-of-fame quarterbacks Todd Ellis, 1986-89; Jeff Grantz, 1973-75; Tommy Suggs, 1968-70, and Steve Taneyhill, 1992-95.
