Main Street Ice opens Thanksgiving day

— Grab your ice skates because Main Street Ice opens for its second year on November 28 from 5-9 p.m.

The rink will be open Thanksgiving day through January 20. Skating fees are the same as last year, $10 for adults and $8 for children ages 12 and under, seniors ages 55 and older and active-duty military. Fees include skate rentals.

The rink, located on Boyd Plaza, will be open Monday-Thursday from 4-9 p.m., Friday from 4-10 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. and Sunday from 1-9 p.m. It will open at noon Dec. 16-Jan. 3. However, it will be closed on Christmas day and remain open till midnight on New Year’s Eve.
