With less than a week before Heisman Trophy votes are due, Florida State freshman quarterback Jameis Winston is the favorite in The State’s weekly poll for the fourth consecutive week. Winston, who got 10 of 13 first-place votes, has led the Seminoles to the No. 1 spot in the BCS rankings with the ACC championship game against Duke left to play. Northern Illinois quarterback Jordan Lynch jumped into second place after a big rushing game last week for the unbeaten Huskies
